⚠️ Note for Candidates: Our contact form is intended only for employers. We request that job seekers do not submit personal CVs or candidate data through this form. Any candidate data submitted is deleted promptly.

- To understand your role brief and prepare a curated candidate shortlist

- Within Pro-Hire / Virtual CFO Advisory team: Internally, to process your hiring requirement and coordinate searches
- With your consent: If we need to share your brief with a specialist partner or associate recruiter, we will inform you first
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority under Indian law (e.g., IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023)
- Business transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred — and you will be notified in advance
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law:
- Active employer enquiries: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 2 years
- Completed placements: retained for up to 5 years for legal and business records
- Inactive enquiries (no placement): deleted or anonymised after 12 months
- Website analytics data: retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
Data Security
We take the security of your information seriously. Pro-Hire implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include:

Confidential Searches: If you have requested a confidential executive search, your company name and role details will not be disclosed to any candidate without your explicit approval at each stage.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and other applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
